how do you take out the circuit board wiyhout breaking it as I don`t want to pull it out case I snap it.

the circuit board is blown. call out the engineer. i just did. cost £99 all in. got new circuit board, coin trap, soap tray, and 12 months warranty, the parts come to more than that. my machine is 8 years old and has done 1200 washes........(go into diagnosis mode) and has a good bearing. beware.........if the bearing goes.....the machine is history.

Its true, this does clear the fault message and unlocks the machine so that you can get your stuff out of it, but upon trying to use it again, the error message will pop up again and the machine will still be locked within a minute of the machine being used again. The thing is that although the message is cleared, the fault is still there, which is like a blown fuse for the motor or something. So by clearing the message, it doesn't fix the problem and you're still going to need to call someone out to fix it, or fix it yourself, if you're qualified.

On checking the internet there is no need to strip down the back of the machine to take out circuit board to replace fuse to fix F11 problem.
First make sure machine is turned off.
Second press & hold temperature button .
Thirdly press the on button & hold at the same time as the temperature button.
Fourthly release the 2 buttons at the same time .
Fifthly press the soil button .
Sixly turn machine off then back on & F11 message saying fault F11 phone Dyson 087etc disappears entirly.
If it does not work right away keep trying as I had to make about a few attemts .
It does work so I`ve saved the £85.00 callout charge .
