Bosch washing machine wfl2060 motor problems?

The drum on the this washing machine will not turn even though the washer is going through the programme cycle.
suspect carbon brushes are the problem, but how are they changed

1st you take the back panel off, then get to two bolts that hold the motor on, take off belt, then once you have the motor off you can unclip the brushes and fit the new ones. make sure you put then in the right way around as if you dont the motor will make a funny noise when it goes round

disconnect the power from the machine then locate the motor of the machine, you may need to remove motor to get to brushes, cant quite remember, the brushes are normally help in via a retaining clip, should be self explanatory on how to remove them. replacement is normally just slide them in and click into place, reconnect any removed cables to the brushes and away you go - good luck
