I am not able to send my E-Mail and not able to receive some e-mails?

I am getting an error message--550 everytime I try to send out my e-mail. There are very few that do go out. There is a Span explanation by the code 550. I am getting complaints from my clients that they are getting their messages bounced back

It seems to me that your email server is acting out. Unless you have your own mail server, there isn´t much you can do. Contact the company providing the email service.
