I cannot save pictures of any format on my pc from a webpage. I try to save a jpeg, gif, bmp, etc. and it doesn't save an image at all. How can I fix this? I have a Gateway Desktop PC Pentium 4 with 2.80, Windows XP 2002.

sometimes websires will place a lock on the content and not allow you to save their pictures. If you can save from other websites but not this one, then there is a copywrite lock put on their site and there is nothing you can do about it.

if your using IE
try downloading the lastest version
if you using firefox do the same as above
if you have the lastest version
right click on the picture
click properties then
a window should pop up
with a link to where the picture is held
copy the link and pasted it in your
browser next
try right click on the picture then save as
choose a name and a format

PCs can't actually save anything. Programs can so which one won't save images. What do you mean by won't save?
