I cannot reset my box, it was working but BBC1 + BBC 2 did not work. It stopped working and I cannot reset it. My remote from my new TV is not working, I can change stations with the remote from the freeview box but cannot turn down the sound. Also the remote is not responding to the usual buttons.My remote from my new TV does not respond
I have tried to reset it but it does not work/ Please Help.

Take it back to Asda. Budget boxes are not worth trying to repair. Don't worry if you have lost your receipt. Durabrand is a WallMart/Asda Own Brand and so it must have come from them.
