How do i stop a Simpson Eziloader to get off "end"?

Our washing machine is stuck on the "end" part of its cycle. I have replaced the Interlock Switch (it was burnt out), but even with a new one it continues to click as if it has finished. Is it possible that the machine thinks it is still in mid cycle? If so, how do i go about "reseting" it?

Make: Simpson
Model: Eziloader 7kg
Model #: 45S710E

Thanks in advance.

Ours was doing this. I checked the pump protector and found coins in it. Every time that it happens now that is what we find. Under the washing machine there is a black hose which feeds into the pump protector, found about $10 in coins.
