Water leaking from outlet valve?

My Opal triton 9.5k shower has just started leaking cold water from the outlet pipe at the bottom of the main shower box as soon as you turn the shower on. The shower still works but there is loss of power??? Is there something I can do or do i need a plumber or a new shower!!!
