cones pushed in speakers, can i push out again?

Ok so the center bits of my speakers have been pushed in... I assume these are the "cones" ? It doesn't seem to have effected the quality, still sounds great to me, but my question is, would I do any harm if I popped them back out, to normal?

The center of the cone is called a "dust cap" to keep dust and particles out of the voice coil. Having them pushed in forutnately does not effect the operation or sound quality of the speaker. However, if it is a problem for you visually there isn't much you can do but maybe try to carefully use tape to essentially pull out the dimple in the dust cap
