BT Synergy 2150 HS Locked?

Hi,

randomly today on one of my handsets appeared HS Locked on the screen. when i press options it asks for HS Pin. it is not 0000. anyone got any ideas?

Sorry - not an answer, just another sufferer!! This must be built into the software of the handset but strangely there's no mention of it in the manual or anywhere on the web. Is there anyway to 'Hard Reset' the handset?
