when i turn pc on i have pages covered on myicons which dont dissapear when you turn on it wont let me on anything even to do disc defrage

Hi if you mean your desktop is covered in icons for programs you did not install then chances are that your machine is infected with a virus(es) more than likely of a browser highjacker type. if this is the case the best plan would be to format and reinstall windows.
