A tape has jammed in the deck and I can't work out how to remove it from the dash. How do I remove it?

hi they my sister has a ford galaxy radio navigation system with a cd changer contorl, how do i take it out and is they a photo and model for it,is they any way to find out,with the pin number she can not update the sat-nav can you guys can help me thanks you or is they a web site will show me how from

you will have to buy the release pins from somewhere like halfords they slot in each side of the stereo and it should slide out they are about five pound a set
