My Potterton Suprima 60 has been locking out. The PCB seems to be the most likely fault.I have also noticed that since the lock-outs I have heard loud banging in the CH pipes a couple of times. Is this just a product of the PCB fault or could it be the pump that is faulty and making the PCB lock out?
Can anyone help with an answer please before I go and buy a new PCB? Thanks in advance.
Dean was absolutely correct in his diagnosis. Bought a recon PCB from adlink £35 and it worked fine afte that.
Thanks Dean.

Im a gas engineer and just attended same fault as youve had on a potterton suprima 60
keeps going to lockout and pump is ok
Pump wont run cos pcb is not sending power to pump
my diagnosis is that the pcb is faulty
I will have to change pcb in one I am fixing

I am not a plumber but had so many Suprima lockouts that I took the PCB out and resoldered all the joints that looked dodgy. Since then, 2 years ago, no problems.
