My Acer laptop keeps rebooting?

Yes I have a Acer Aspire 9410-4317 laptop computer it keeps rebooting. It will go to the main screen then after a few seconds it reboots. The last thing I did on my computer was download Picaso2 from Google, right after that it has been constantly rebooting. It gives me no chance to uninstall Picaso2. I am a computer dummy please help me.

if you acer has the e button for acer emanager , press it and then click acer settings

you click boot options , then there is a selector to have the fan enabled,

if overheating is the problem your fan should now run full speed.

also , find the fan grill located at the side and rear of the computer and blow through it , the fins get clogged with dust and this prevents cold air getting in , use a hoover if need be

Hi Heather,

My old Toshiba laptop does the same. We better get used to it:)

It is said to be some overheating issue, nothing to do with download, and something important got damaged. I do not think we can solve this issue without a professional pc repair man.
