How do I fix one radiator that does not get hot?

All the other radiators in the house get hot except the one in my bedroom. I have bled it and let out lots of water but there was not much air. When the central heating is on I can hear it moving through this radiator, it just does not get hot. It has worked before, it has just stopped. What can I try to fix it? I've already kicked it and it didn't work :):). It has a dial type thermostat on the right which is supposed to regulate the temperature of the radiator but whatever i do to that makes no difference.

quite possible that the spindle for the thermostat end has got stuck. you can unscrew the head and see a spindle head, using pliers gently pull the spindle up and see if the rad heats, dont over pull as some spindles tend to come right out. Also ensure that the other end of the rad is open, has been known.
