Pressure on eco max valliant boiler?

My pressure has dropped to 0 on my boiler there is a red valve under I which I think I need to turn to let the water back in but nothing is happening when I turn it anyone got any ideas pleeeease?????

that red knob is to de pressurised incase you over put the pressure.you need to turn the black key facing nearest to you,that should do the trick
