how to find a fault on my zanussi washing machine?

my machine is a zanussi washing machine f100310 it seems to wash clothes okay but it will not spin its tries to but it does not
i have been told it may be the brushes but they seem fine when i checked them have you any clue what may be the problem model no is sn 33600054

Hi can you help there's a problem with my zanussi washing machine it is not working properly it will drain and spin so not the belt also drained the water and checked if it is blocked its seems to be the programming?
