Why does Ice form in the bottom of my Bosch KGU 3201 Fridge Freezer?

What would the causes be of ice forming regularly in the bottom of the freezer compartment of my 5 year old Bosch 'frost free' Fridge/Freezer. The appliance has been 'de-frosted' regularly.
