cr01 tells me ive overloaded machine when loaded half way with CLOTHES ?

dyson CR01 KEEPS TELLING ME MACHINE IS OVER LOADED WHEN I NO ITS NOT. THUS NOT CLEANING CLOTHES AT ITS BEST . ANY IDEAS ?

Check the yellow drum bearing inside your drum, it is a big yellow ring that separates the two drums. Can you move it slightly, or is it solid. If it is solid then your rear drum has moved and every time it goes into countarotate the motors are overloaded. Try doing a wash on duvet as this programme doesn't use the countarotate.
If the ring is tight and a duvet wash is ok then ring Dyson back and tell them what you have found. You can get it fixed for a max cost of £85 including all parts labour and callout fees.
