Assuming you haven't cured the problem. You don't say if the crank actually works if it does it's come adrift from the operating arms and you will then have to relplace it. The difficult part is removing the glass slats without breaking any. If the crank is jammed then keep squirting the pivots with WD40 and gradually work the crank until it you free it then the slats will open, that's how I freed mine. I eventually replaced them with a casement window, it's more secure.
