I have photo's on my Nokia6230 phone camera I wish to download to my PC I have lead for phone to PC but no software only have software for dgital camera and scanner.

Go to the Nokia site and download their Nokia PC Suite. After loading it onto the computer you can then connect the phone, via the required adaptors, by USB cable, infrared or bluetooth. This will enable you to download the photos you have on the phone.
