My laptop's battery is reading full on my computer but I can't seem to get my laptop to work using the battery it works fine using the power supply though can you please advise me on how to fix it? it is telling us we need to calibrate it but that won't work what are we doing wrong?

I would sugest going to the makers website and checking the FAQ's for info also see if they run a forum
