Miele Novotronic 980. How do I change the heating element?

Miele Novotronic 980.
It appears that the heating element would slide out of the slot in the bottom of the drum housing, but how do you get the rubber seal out, and how do you re-assemble it with the new element?
thanks

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS TAKE THE DRAWER OUT AND THE YOU WILL SEE 3 SCREWS UNDO, THEN IF YOU OPEN THE DOOR YOU WILL SEE 3 10 MIL BOLTS UNDO THEM THEN THE FRONT OF THE M C WILL HINGE OPEN IF YOU THEN LOOK UNDER THE DOOR SEAL YOU WILL SEE THE ELEMENT.
IT IS MOOR THAN LIKELY YOUR PREASURE SWITCH BOWL HAS CAUSED THE ELEMENT TO GO ITS PROBABLY BLOCKED IF YOU LOOK NEXT TO THE ELEMENT YOU WILL SEE A SMALL THIN HOSE THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEANED.

Simply the same way it was inserted. Just pull sharply and before inserting new element apply some lubricant on rubber seal and push with some force.(not to damage element connectors!!)
