Wonky Neck on my Strat?

The high E string on my strat is slightly on the p*ss.

At the nut its fine, but by the time it gets to the body its almost off the fretboard, meaning it looks like its running diagonally, obviously its the neck.

Its a 3 screw plate on the back of the neck which i've heard people tut at. But i just wondered if there is a way i could straighten it out?

Cheers, Dan

Dan..need some more info....is it only the high e that's off,or are all other strings also running off,but not as noticable?Second, is the guitar a Fender or a copy..if a copy, what make?Is this something that was always in the guitar from new, or has it developed over time?
