There is a lot of loud crackiling noise when the machine is about to drain. It sounds like a blocked pump. I have opened the the filter at the bottom front of the macine and drained the dirty water, but the cracking noise is still there ?

How do I access the pump ?

Same problem, sometimes the pump will not drain the water. Access from front, one screw in detergent box, two screws at bottom behind the lower plastics.

I could not find anything in the hoses, the pump sound like your when starting even without water. perhaps something is loose in the rotor, the stator and everything else looks fine...

check the drain tube from drain pump, bet you will find a 5p coin sitting the drain hose
