hi try this :
for overfilling check the tube that is connected to the pressure valve disconnect from valve and from lower bowl, block one end with finger , give a good blow if ya turn red and about to cark it good sign that there is no leaks lol, next reconnect the tube to the lower bowl and blow into the tube making sure there is no blockage at the entry to the connection causing no air pressure 2 reach the pressure valve. common problem.
(since you have already said u blow into the pressure valve with the tube, it should stop it filling up and proceed with the next cycle if this is the case your pressure switch is assumed ok. re-adjustment on some may be preformed.
one last thing a common error when trying to fix the water pressure problem is disconnection of the tube (@ pressure switch end)when the machine is filling up. this causes the pressure to escape out of the tube immediate reconnect is not a problem solver , u have to drain and refill from the start. best to set your water setting to low for running these tests save water and overspills.
your hot water may not be working due to your hot water valve solinoid has given it up this solinoid is what you connect your hot water connection to , and has a set of red wires goign to it try replacing it or test the solinoid for direct path from one terminal to the other.
any other probs or q's please leave a msg take care bud
