My Vokera combi boiler is running the bathwater at warm to lukewarm. It does fluctuate in temperature when filling the bath.

Your flue venturi probably needs cleaning. Google 'Vokera flue venturi'. Your boiler needs servicing by a Vokera approved bod, or someone very familiar with the make and model. A corgi generalist may take time, money and replace lots of parts needlessly trying to fix the fault, a false economy.
