The problem is my ps2 is american. I brought it to the uk, and then bought the adaptor neededf for the power, and also the antenna lead so i can convert the ntsc signal to a pal signal for the tv. However even after all this, my screen flickers constantly. im not sure if the ps2 got damaged when i brought it all the way in my luggage. Can someone help?

its not your ps2 youll probably need to use games from the uk then if they dont work or i would suggest getting Swap Magic. its like a boot disc where you put in the cd then you put the copeyd game in. and it also lets you choose from ntsc pal and normal video modes.
you also have to install some chips in the ps2 when you get it
