canon copier mf4100 is a few months old.
about one week after i placed in a new cartridge,it wont
work. It says "toner is not set-insert toner".
Ive removed the cartrige severl times and put it back in and still no help. I even tried a different cartridge. Still no help.
just try to re-boot,(turn off then on). If that doesn't work, turn copier off then hold down the STOP key then torn back on and hold a few seconds. Good luck
