How can I change the language from chinese to english on my SupportPlus Mp3 512 mb? The display just shows everything in chinese and I cannot understand any options to change it back to english.

Also, my songs which I had on there are not playing either. When I connect to PC, they play fine with windows media player, but stand alone they are not playing since the langauge has changed to chinese - Please help!!

hi, i have a supportplus mp3 player 512mb also,

its in japanese/chinese and i cannot reset it back to english
