My candy cn 100 washing machine will not wash at all?

Hello.

I have got a 5 year old Candy CN 100 washing machine. You can set the program on it. it fills up with water ok but drum will not rotate. it also will drain the water as well but will not spin.

needs new drum belt' dead easy 2 fit' just take cover off the back. yr belt has streched.
