how can i fix my venturer portable dvd player?

when i put in a disc i keep getting the reading "no valid disc" on the screen. The player is a Venturer pvs 1262

Its possible that your player doesnt support that type of disc, have you tried other discs. Try different discs. The Venturer is limited in the type of discs it can play.
