It completes all of the washing cycle, however, it does not collect and use the fabric conditioner from the compartment in the draw. I have tried varying amounts and it makes no difference, the drawer compartment is still full of conditioner when the cycle has finished, and the clothes are not soft when washed.

My siphon worked find.

I found I would get a lot of black grunge build up in the soap dispenser over a period of time. Every so often I would flush with bleach. In the end this did not stop the problem either.

Opened the top of the machine and took the top off the outer part of the soap box (Not the draw) Once off, you can split this into two pieces. I found some of the black grunge blocking the water path to the fabric conditioner comparment. Cleaned and soaked in a bleach solution for about an hour. Put back together and now works fine.

also remove the drawer compartment and remove the siphon tube which is colour blue, and wash it out making sure its all clean.

The most common cause of this is either a weak pump not draining between steps of the wash so it doesnt need to fill on the final rinse or very poor water pressure maybe the filter on the inlet valve blocked?
