baxi boiler 105e-no hot water?

No fault lights are showing, downst
airs hot water, does not light the
boiler or bring the 'tap' green light on boiler,upstairs water fine ????

sounds like the diaphram in the flow valve not sure if you can get just the diaphram but the flow valve should be about £50 to buy and very easy to fit. should be a part number in manual.
