How can i get my Bosch conditioner compartment to empty of water?

Simple,,,Bosch WFB 2005 washing machine,,,conditioner goes into compartment, machine cycles. But when the drawer is opened, it is full of water. What causes the conditioner to drain and the water not?

I have just had a similar problem with a Bosch ClassiXX 1200. The conditioner was simply not being flushed during cycles. I found the water inlet to the conditioner compartment to be blocked with years of gunk. A piece of flexible wire may have cleared it. I took the top off the machine, disconnected the two feed pipes to the back of the compartment and disconnected the drain pipe to the drum. This meant I could unscrew and remove the whole powder/conditioner tray assembly and clean it thoroughly. You can split the assembly into three parts and give all a good scrub. Re-assemble and all's well. Hope this helps someone.

In the powder/conditioner drawer there is a "U" shaped syphon pipe in the LH corner of the conditoner section. This is clear. Is the hole you are talking about, beyond the drawer and into the machine itself?

remove the conditioner holder you should see a little hole that is cloged up with old conditioner poke something through it and give it a good clean and it should then be ok. it works by syphoning the conditioner when the water is added
