When the machine spins there is a very loud banging. When I emptied it the drum seemed loose. When I push it back and forth it moves easily and I think when the machine spins it is the banging of the drum. If I need to change the drum bearing please also tell me how to and where to get it from.

yes definately sounds like a bearing problem. any washer repair shop will be able to sell them or places online. just give them the model number and they will give you the correct ones
