Im having the same problem. I read that it may be from an insufficient amount of water in the dishwasher. I replaced the supply line, took the inlet control valve off and cleaned it (filters) and checked to make sure there werent any kinks in the water lines. I also checked the jets on the top rack washer arm to make sure they were not clogged. I just put it back together and I still dont think I got it. Might try thiose things though.
