Just bought a faulty Navman icn550 GPS receiver ?

Any ideas on how to fix it, wont charge and wont start up. Are faulty batteries a common problem with these units ?

Did u buy it new?? If so take it back to the store u bought it from and get it exchanged. and if you Bought it private try contaching the person and explain that they have sold you a faulty unworkable product and that u want your money back!!
