I have the radio code in my handbook but Nissan won't tell me how to put it in! Any help welcome for X reg primera 1.8
Also if the battery is disconnected to change or charge it, is anything else lost apart from the radio code?

apparantly you push the joystick upwards to store it. I have been waiting for over an hour and display still saying secure...waiting patiently

I have a nissan primera 2002 and my radio / cd wont work at all and it said secure on screen i bought the car in the garage and even the machanic doesnt knw it and i cant seem to find the code or anything.. any help please?

Hi
Use the number buttons 1-4 to enter numbers i.e. if number is 8765 press 1, 8 times, 2, 7 times and so on.
Then press the /\ (up) arrow on the RHS - hey presto!

I have part of the solution! Turn the key to the first stop and turn radio on. The word SECURE will appear. Leave for up to an hour. At some point CODE will appear. using the first 4 numbers on programme selector put radio code in. This is as far as I could get as I do not know what button to use to store the code. Can anyone add the final bit?
