My Kenmore Whispertone belt keeps breaking..... please help?

I have replaced the belt twice ... it keeps breaking? Please help....

it is possible that the ends of the beater bar/ agitator have become cloged with fibers take it off and clean and oil it then check the drive end for burnt belt ramains sticking to the pulley
