i have a sime 80c format boiler and i don't know how to turn the heating for the radiators on. I have tried pressing some buttons on the front but nothing happens. I have made sure that the radiators are switched to the ON position but the heating does not flow from the boiler to the radiators. This is the first time that this has happened.
please can you help because i have no heating.

the boiler will only start for heating if it is set to the Winter (snowflake)! No Summer heating

Have you checked to see if the pump is running?

You can sometimes feel/hear the pump running if you touch or put your ear close to the radiators. If you know where the pump is then you can carefully touch it, you should feel a gentle vibration from it. If it is not pumping then it can be quite easy to get them going again by using a screwdriver.

Have you got hot running taps at the moment?
