DVD BURNER NOT WORKING AFTER TRYING TO BURN COPYRIGHT?

I tried to copy a dvd that had copyright protection. My DVD burner no longer recognizes any disk that I am trying to burn or to play. My DVD Player/burner is dual tray built in to my Dell computer. Is there anything I can do to fix this situation. Thank you

Try these steps (in order)

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery or Dell.com)
2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
3.) Utilize a previous recovery point
4.) Wipe computer
