Panasonic tv?

I have a panasonic tv that I bought a year ago and when i go to turn it on it turns on then shuts off right away. If i try to turn it on after that it doesnt do anything. If i unplug it, it will turn on the first time but do the same thing.

Hello,

Sounds like you're in something we technicians like to call "shutdown" mode. Modern TV's usually have some sort of circuit that will, upon sensing an abnormal condition in the television, refuse to allow the unit to operate; this is done to protect certain components (like, for example, your microprocessor) from further and possibly unrecoverable damage. The unit will remain inoperative until the abnormal condition is fix (of course).

The problem here is that without a good set of electronic schematics for your model (and some test equipment) there is no way of knowing which shutdown circuit (there usually is more than one) or abnormal condition is causing shutdown mode. And no, it's not the fuse. Unfortunately, your oonly other option will be to take it to a service center, as this is not going to be an easy fix.
