wireless system for central heating?

i have a combi boiler (worcester 24i junior) witha british gas wireless system (WR1) for our central heating.

since having a new radiator fitted the remote control is not controlling the heating - we have to keep overiding the system to get the heating to work and the alarm light is constantly lit up red.

anyone know how to re-sync/get it working?

Hi, I think the british gas wireless system is a rebranded Drayton unit, you can find some manuals on their website here http://www.draytoncontrols.co.uk/Digistat3RFProgrammableRoomThermostat.aspx

Go to bottom of page and select brochures, instructions and download.
Select Digistat+2RF & Digistat+3RF Commissioning Guide for info on the WR1 system, the bad news is that it tells you very little about what the lights mean, just what they should be when your setting it up, it does tell you how to retune the units, the rest of the info goes into detail about the thermostatic controls.

I have had the same problem. I have re-set the transmitter to a higher setting and it worked ok. I have now turned down the Temp on the radiator next to the controler and all is working. I will change the batts in the transmitter next.

I am in the same boat. WR1 red light always on and we have to overide the system to get any heat. Previous owner left no instructions and British Gas and Corgi wont help. They cant give technical info over the phone.
I just want to know what the instruction booklet would say about the red light staying on?
