guess u have replaced the fues in the mains plug, thats the bright side, the dull side is: when the power supply gave up, it may well have taken the memory and/or the cpu with it, try powering up without mem installed, or see if the power supply fan spins up, without mem, or without cpu, if it does you may well be looking at new mem and/or cpu., make sure the power supply is correct, the plug fitting! some have another 4 wire (2 yellow 2 black) for the cpu.
