Does not get cold . Can i fix it ?

I have and old GE Frost free in the garage and it used to work
before it was moved out there. I can hear a motor running and the Freezer appears to get a little cold but the rest doesn't.

It could be low on gas but quite likely the reason why it will not cool is because the ambient temperature in the garage is cool enough for the thermostat to think it is cold enough and the compressor will not start to cool it

SOUNDS LIKE THE SYSTEM COULD BE LOW ON GAS OR THE DRIER IS BLOCKED CAUSING A RESTRICTION IN BOTH CASES YOU WILL NEED A REFRIGERATION ENGINEER TO CHECK THIS FOR YOU
