How do I re-assign the boot disk?

I have recently added an extra, larger ,disk to my PC.
The original disk is still "C" drive from which the computer "boots".
However this drive is now short of space and downloading documents, programe management etc is becoming difficult.
How can I arrange to boot from the new disk?

Move your Operating System to the new disk and then make it the "Primary Disk". Alternatively move stuff off your old disk to the new one and make it the default Disk for saving stuff e.g. Documents. downloads, etc.
