I have a Protherm 80e that is not working.It is saying F0.What is that?

The boiler will not ignite. I have tried pressing the red reset button but that is not doing anything. I have made sure it is topped up with water. The fault code is F0. Do you know what that means?

pressure is below required level fault is expansion vessel or system leak or pressure release valve. fill up water reset &it will start
