the screen is simply a tight push fit. There are small retaining mouldings arouind the black screen frame that holds it in place. These have to be able to clear the edge around the chassis. Use little levers ( several small flatblade screwdrivers) wedged in either the top or the bottom to prize it out. You can also gain access to the edge via the screw-holes but only at one side. Be gentle as you do not want to damage or bend the chassis. A little by little approach should get it out. It is best to lever either at the top or the bottom as this is where the mouldings / clips are. As your screen is already cracked it doesnt matter if you do more damage to it , but of course you still don't want to spoil the chassis. Once it starts to move a little , you should see how it comes out.
