Problem threading bobbin on Singer Touchtronic 2010?

My Singer Touchtronic 2010 stopped threading the bobbin like it used to. When you replace the bobbin you're supposed to pull the thread around the flat spring toward the right and by turning the wheel toward you there's an automatic (mechanical) movement beneath the bobbin that pulls the bobbin thread under the plate and enables the needle to catch it and pull it through the plate. That mechanism that pulls the bobbin thread around and through the plate doesn't move anymore. Is there a reset or do I need to take the machine in for servicing?

Check out www.tandtrepair.com. REALLY helpful site. Will tell you how to find what's wrong, how to fix it, and you can order any necessary parts. Good luck.

Hello John,
Take the bottom off the machine under the raceway and have a good inspection of the vertical and horizontal gears, they are prone to breaking up after a few years, if the race is not moving round when you turn the balance wheel but the needle is that is what I suspect.
