EPSON STYLUS DX3850 doesn't print the magenta colour?

i recently printed a picture and the red doesn't show, so i done trst prints for yello, cyan, magenta and black, only the magenta comes out a faded light blue, the yellow, cyan and black comes out ok.
what can it be? thanks

Run Print head clean a few times (in the printer utilitys) then run a test print again
